In buying any of the products sold by Karen Phillips Art Limited you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.  Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

Your Payment Options

You may pay for your Karen Phillips Art Limited products either by:

Credit/ Debit Card online using PayPal

Karen Phillips Art Limited does not have access to your credit/debit card details if you choose to pay using Paypal. The secure PayPal system that is used to process your payment card details complies with the highest privacy and encryption standards available.  Always check that the website page is secure by the padlock icon being displayed on your browser.  Please note that when using PayPal, you must also agree to their separate terms and conditions.

PayPal accepts the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Delta, American Express, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Electron.

Cheque through the post

Cheques should be made payable to Karen Phillips Art Limited and be in Pounds Sterling from a UK bank.  Your order will be dispatched within 7 days after your cheque has cleared.

Please print your name and address on the back of the cheque.

Your order

Your mounted, unframed prints are packaged in sturdy flat pack packaging and posted via Royal Mail Delivery.  Postage and packaging costs are an additional cost per order for unframed prints to the mainland UK.

Your larger framed prints will be delivered by courier.  Packaging and delivery charges are additional so please contact us for a quote.

Should you require a faster or alternative method of delivery, please contact us to discuss.

Returns Policy

We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item you may receive a full and prompt refund of your money within 30 days on the condition that the products are returned to us in mint condition. The products  should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods. Goods should be returned to:

Karen Phillips Art Limited reserve the right to vary prices accordingly to reflect increased costs and market conditions.

Complaints

Karen Phillips Art  Limited look to deliver the highest level of customer service. However if you need to raise a complaint, please e-mail us using the contact form.

Faulty Goods

We recommend that you check the condition of your Karen Phillips Art Limited products on delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible if you discover the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights as a consumer shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or exchange in relation to faulty goods. We will arrange for any faulty goods to be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses.
