'With this piece, I wanted to capture the closeness of the mother and her little one. Clearly ready to get going, the baby alternated between striving for independance and experiencing a lack of confidence. Thus periodically driving him back into his mother's arms for comfort. I decided that the most appropriate title would be 'The Comfort Zone' highlighting that we all have our comfort zones no matter how old we are.' Karen Phillips
